Post 3: Free themed topic
Due to quarantine, many people started to reflect more than necessary, in my personal case it filled me with motivation to change my lifestyle, which, to be honest, was quite weakened, added to this, i developed a new interest in sports and physical activity. Many months of sedentary life have awakened in me a huge desire to change my habits. I have dedicated myself to do a lot of research on discipline, motivation, nutrition and what to do to change. I also like to research and learn new things, so i can say that learning about habits, nutrition and sport is my new hobby, and obviously, the best thing is to put all that knowledge into practice. I am also thinking of consulting a nutritionist soon, because of the ease that it provides, although i'm not sure yet, because you can still organize your own meals and all of that for your own, anyway, i have a huge energy right now that pushes me towards all these things, and in fact, i feel it even in my body hahaha.
I can say that this months, has motivated me to make change in my life, so, that's my new obsession, I hope to achieve it jiji.
